First, the method of use

1. Connect the power supply and grounding wire.

2. Manually remove the fish head from the fish to be processed and remove the internal organs from the fish belly. For large fish, the fish is divided into two halves and rinsed, then the fish fillets to be taken are put into the hopper (the part of the fish is oriented towards the barrel of the fish skin towards the conveyor belt), and the fish is driven by the conveyor belt. Enter the extrusion zone of the work roller and conveyor belt. Under the action of the pressing force between the conveyor belt and the work drum, the fish is squeezed through the small hole in the work drum into the work drum, and then enters the barrel through the guadao in the work drum. The fish pieces are scraped into the receiving groove. The fish skin and the fish bones are scraped onto the conveyor belt by the guadao mounted on the machine, and are carried by the conveyor belt into the collection tank at the bottom of the fish meat separator. The amount of pressure between the conveyor belt and the take-up bucket is regulated by the tensioning device of the conveyor belt located at the head. The amount of adjustment varies depending on the species and can be manually adjusted in production practice.

3. Take the guadao around the barrel for separating the fish gills and skin bones. When processing, the guadaodao piece should be tightened with the guadao tension knob. The fish skin is peeled off clean, and the processed fish should be removed from the head and internal organs. More than must be divided into two halves, the skin of the fish is placed in the direction of the conveyor belt, so that the meat will enter the barrel and separate from the skin, and do not reach into the inside when processing.

Second, maintenance methods:

1. In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong its service life, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance work during use. After use, wipe the fish meat machine clean. And regularly add grease to the drive shaft and check the oil level of the reducer. If the oil level is too low, fill the oil in time.

2. Conveyor belt replacement: The conveyor belt will become longer or break after long-term use. This is a need to replace the new conveyor belt. First remove the tension balance crankshaft, then remove the remaining three nylon rod shafts and the conveyor belt power shaft, put the rubber conveyor belt into the machine wall panel, first install the conveyor belt power shaft, and then the remaining three nylon rods. The shafts are installed in order from top to bottom. After the Zui, the tensioning and balancing crankshafts are installed and the tension is adjusted.
